straight C's?

oh wait.  maybe i'm just studying because i know my grades will be ridiculously bad this year, mainly because i'm in level 3 for three of my classes.  basically, ICU has a really sucky grading system, and they don't grade within separate levels.  the grades you get for the trimester is based largely on the end-of-term exam, so obviously the smartest kids, the ones in level 1, get the A's, so us lowly ones in level 3 are destined for eternal C's.  unless we somehow magically become geniuses and get an A.  in which case we are transferred to level 1 for the next trimester.  so the chances of that happening are very slim.  and anyway, because the september students missed first trimester, we haven't learned any of the first trimester stuff, which'll be on the test.  OH and the exam is the SAME for all levels.  how is that fair?!  but yeah anyway.  so over half the grade always gets like 50s on all their tests and stuff.  super.
